Step 2 – Prepare Your Application

Note: When naming your application deck, do follow this naming convention as below: CategoryName_CompanyName, e.g.: STEAMAward_ABCInternationalSchoolHongKong Prepare your application according to the application deck.

Step 3 – Submit Your Application

Application deadline for the award is on 5 December 2025. We will next review all entries and shortlisted nominees will be announced on the website and via email by early December 2025. Do note that if your application is shortlisted, we might reach out to request additional information or media files to support your application. Submit your application deck via this form: HERE

Step 4 – Attend the Gala Dinner
- Winners will be announced at the ASEAN School Awards Gala Dinner. Nominees should send at least one representative to the Gala Dinner on 8 May 2026 at Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit. Tickets start from $175USD per person before 27 February 2026, $200USD there after. Learn more HERE.
