Step 1 – Download the Awards Application Template
- Fill out the Download form to receive the Awards Application Submission template – which provides detailed information on submission requirements, formats, and deadlines.
- Take a look at the Application Form (link inside the template) to understand what is expected prior to preparing your application.
Step 2 – Prepare Your Application

Note: When naming your application deck, do follow this naming convention as below: CategoryName_CompanyName, e.g.: STEAMAward_ABCInternationalSchoolHanoi Prepare your application according to the application deck.

Step 3 – Submit Your Application

Application deadline for the award is on 4 December 2026. We will next review all entries and shortlisted nominees will be announced on the website and via email by early December 2025. Do note that if your application is shortlisted, we might reach out to request additional information or media files to support your application. Submit your application deck via this form: HERE

Step 4 – Attend the Gala Dinner
- Winners will be announced at the ASEAN School Awards Gala Dinner. Nominees should send at least one representative to the Gala Dinner in May 2027 at Bangkok (exact venue to be confirmed). We hope and encourage schools to send a team to celebrate the schools achievements. Tickets are approximately ±$200USD per seat per person, with about 20% discount for groups of three or more.
